The Institute carries out all complex of works on projecting, building and launching-adjusting brick factories.

We conduct laboratory and factory tests of raw, develop project documentation, effect construction, delivery of equipment and launching-adjusting of plants and technological lines, producing brick of semi-dry and plastic pressing, strip and pressed tiles.

The laboratory of the institute is the largest in the South of Russia. It is fit out with modern equipment and effects raw research, ready-made produce testing with certificates, scientific-research work, develops regulations for construction materials produce.

We develop projects and technical documentation for special heat units - tunnel furnaces, chamber furnaces with removable vaults for roasting brick, tiles, lightweight aggregate concrete, brick, tile and other drying stoves, drying drums for drying clay and sand. We make construction and brick lining of all types of heat units.

We perform expertise of project documentation and issue the conclusion.
Labour record of the majority of institute's employees in the field of projecting and construction of plants for the production of construction materials exceeds 30 years. Within the period of work there have been designed, constructed and launched decades of plants in various regions of Russia and the former USSR. At the institute it is available:

Laboratory for raw test numbering 10 employees.
Project department - 35 people.
Machine-building plant with the production area of 3000 m2.
We offer technologies and equipment allowing to get considerable profits. Thus, the technology of formation of semi-dry brick with the use of furnaces with removable vaults, offered and widely advertised by us, has self-efficiency of about 200%.

At the last plant, built by us, the self-cost of one brick is 0,03 US$, and the selling price - 0,1 US$. This is a proof of good quality and our considered technologies.

In our warehouse we have all required equipment for the plants with the efficiency of 10, 30 and 50 mln. bricks per year. Moreover, we are ready to deliver them immediately.
